Payment Terms

• 50% at the time of booking.
• Balance 50% by 30th October 2008.
• Taxes extra as per govt. norms.
• Terms of Participation

Registration should be carried out by filling in the official registration form and returning it to Axis Communications by 30th October 2008 at the latest, unless otherwise agreed. Registration may also be made via BSM website: www.sportsbsm.com, through above form.

The booths will be confirmed on a "first-come-first-served" basis.

Payment for the reservation of a booth should be made on receipt of a letter of acknowledgement enclosing the relevant invoice. No exhibitor will be granted access to the exhibition area without prior payment of all fees. By sending his application, the exhibitor agrees to be bound by the Exhibition Terms and Conditions.

Payment can be made by Cheque or DD in Favour of Axis Communications, New Delhi. International exhibitors can make the payment through Telegraph Transfer (For details Please contact Axis Communications).
